Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Stickers for Peanut LLC ("Stickers for Peanut," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Stickers for Peanut mobile application, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services allow users to upload photos, create and edit sticker designs, use AI-powered image transformations powered by the OpenAI image API, place orders, and, if they choose to create an account, view prior orders and save sticker designs for later.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through:

  • the Stickers for Peanut mobile app;
  • our website;
  • customer support and communications with us; and
  • related ordering, fulfillment, and account-management services.

This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party services that may have their own privacy policies, including Sign in with Apple, Apple Pay, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Cloud (including Cloud Vision API), Google Analytics, Sentry, PostHog, Meta (including Meta Pixel), shipping carriers, and other service providers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information.

A. Information you provide to us

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • your name and email address provided through Sign in with Apple;
  • shipping name, shipping address, and other checkout information;
  • photos, artwork, and sticker images you upload, generate, save, or submit for printing;
  • order details, such as item type, quantity, price, order status, and delivery estimate;
  • information you provide when you contact us for support, including photos you send to report print or shipping issues; and
  • your email marketing preferences, if you choose to receive marketing communications.

B. Information collected automatically or through our service providers

We may also collect:

  • authentication and session information needed to keep you signed in;
  • an app installation identifier or similar device-level identifier generated for app functionality;
  • product analytics data, such as button clicks, screen views, session duration, and platform;
  • website usage, browser, device, cookie, IP address, referral, and campaign interaction data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar analytics or advertising tools on our website; and
  • limited payment and transaction metadata from our payment processor, but not your full payment card number.

We do not collect passwords directly from users because authentication is handled through Sign in with Apple. We do not collect contacts or microphone data. We and our service providers, including Sentry or similar crash-reporting tools, may collect crash diagnostics and related technical information to detect, investigate, and fix app errors, stability issues, and performance problems.

Our website is primarily informational, but we and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies—including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and potentially other analytics, advertising, or affiliate-tracking tools—to understand traffic, measure marketing and advertising performance, improve the website, and support our marketing efforts.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage user accounts;
  • process uploaded images and generate sticker designs;
  • screen uploaded images for prohibited content, policy violations, and content that may require rejection or additional review;
  • save sticker designs for later, maintain carts, and show order history;
  • process payments and complete transactions;
  • send orders to our print and fulfillment partners;
  • arrange shipping and provide delivery-related updates;
  • respond to support requests and handle refund, reprint, or quality issues;
  • send transactional messages, such as order confirmations and support responses;
  • send marketing emails if you opt in or if permitted by law, and process opt-out requests;
  • monitor app and website usage, improve product performance and user experience, and measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, and security issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

4. How AI Image Processing and Upload Screening Work

When you upload an image or create a sticker using AI-powered features, your photo may be compressed on your device and sent over HTTPS to our backend. Our backend may send the image to Google Cloud Vision API SafeSearch Detection to help screen for content that may violate our policies and, when you use AI-powered image features, to the OpenAI image API using pre-written prompt templates. The resulting processed image is returned and may be saved as the processed sticker image.

Google Cloud Vision API SafeSearch Detection is an automated screening tool that helps us flag potentially unsafe or prohibited content. It is not guaranteed to detect age, consent, legality, or every prohibited image, and we may use additional automated or manual review.

We do not intentionally store raw or original uploaded photos long-term in our own database or storage. However, we may temporarily handle those files as needed to process your request, screen uploads, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.

Processed sticker images may be stored so that you can use cart, saved-for-later, and order-history features. Authorized admin staff may be able to view stored processed images while they remain in storage for operational, support, moderation, or fulfillment purposes.

Because we use third-party providers, submitted images, prompts, outputs, and related metadata may be processed by OpenAI and Google Cloud in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, service configurations, and legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may allow certain analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, to collect limited website-related information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to help us understand traffic, improve the website, measure campaign performance, and support our marketing efforts. Depending on applicable law, this type of disclosure may be considered “sharing” for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

A. Service providers and infrastructure vendors

We use third-party providers to help operate the Services, such as providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, advertising measurement, AI processing, upload screening, crash reporting, customer communications, and technical operations. These may include providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Apple, OpenAI, Google Cloud (including Cloud Vision API), Sentry, PostHog, Google Analytics, and Meta (including Meta Pixel).

B. Print and fulfillment partners

To print and deliver your order, we share the information needed for fulfillment, including your name, shipping address, order details, and artwork or processed sticker file.

C. Shipping carriers and delivery providers

We or our fulfillment partners may share your name, address, and shipping-related information with shipping carriers or delivery providers to complete delivery of your order.

D. Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures

We may disclose information if we believe doing so is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • protect our rights, property, or safety;
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others; or
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms or policies.

E. Business transfers

We may disclose or transfer information as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.

6. Retention of Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

In general:

  • raw uploads are not intentionally stored long-term by us;
  • processed sticker images are retained while they are associated with an active cart, saved-for-later feature, account, order, or related support need;
  • for guest users, some saved-for-later data may remain tied to the same device and local app storage until the app is deleted or reinstalled, local data is cleared, or the device changes;
  • cart data, saved addresses, profile data, and other account-linked information are generally retained until you delete them or delete your account;
  • completed order records may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or tax purposes;
  • completed order records may be anonymized or de-identified upon account deletion where appropriate;
  • analytics events may be retained according to our analytics provider settings; and
  • some third-party processors may retain limited records according to their own legal, contractual, and operational retention obligations.

Under our current fulfillment arrangement, order artwork remains in our print workflow only for a limited period, generally a few weeks, to support possible reprints or order issues, and is then removed. We understand that the artwork is not reused for unrelated purposes or used for model training.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account from our active app systems, except where we need to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or similar legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Account creation and deletion

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you may request deletion of your account through the app. You may also contact us at hello@stickersforpeanut.com for help with account-related requests.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@stickersforpeanut.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Cookies and similar technologies

You may be able to control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and any cookie banners, consent tools, or privacy choices we make available on our website. Blocking or limiting cookies may affect some website functionality.

Marketing communications

If we send marketing emails, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at hello@stickersforpeanut.com. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop service-related communications, such as order confirmations or support responses.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience, but not for children under 13. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or use the Services. We also do not permit users to upload photos of children under 13 for sticker creation or related AI processing.

We may use automated screening tools, including Google Cloud Vision API SafeSearch Detection, and additional review processes to help enforce this rule, but those tools are not foolproof.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us or that prohibited child images have been uploaded through the Services, please contact us at hello@stickersforpeanut.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Processing Location

We are based in the United States, and the third-party providers we use may process or store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home state or country, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and take any additional steps required by applicable law.
